🚚 Shipping Information

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Custom throne chairs or made-to-order items may require additional production time.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery time varies by location. Tracking details will be provided once your item ships.

  • Shipping Methods: We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination.


🔁 Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase! However, if you're not completely satisfied, here's how we can help:

🕒 Return Window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized throne chairs

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items damaged through misuse or not in original condition

  • Products sealed for hygiene reasons, once unsealed

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days


📦 How to Return Your Order

  1. Email us at sales@venusvillefurniture.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Ship the product back to:

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.


🎁 Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit upon return. If the item was not marked as a gift, or shipped to the gift giver, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
